Complete Required credit hours with a minimum grade point average of 2.3.

Submit the final thesis draft to the department faculty by the first Sunday of November in your final year. Do not write thesis papers alone if you are a B.Th. or M.Div. student; instead, form small groups of 4-5 within your respective departments, whether in Biblical Studies, Systematic Theology, or Christian Ministry. Use this collaborative approach to tackle complex projects more effectively by combining diverse skills and perspectives. Work together to foster teamwork, encourage shared learning, and gain practical experience relevant to your field of theological study.

• A Thesis Topic Approval form should be submitted to the registrar office by or before October Second Sunday of previous year.

  Regular students who are unable to submit their Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis on time may choose to pursue a Bachelor of Ministry (B.Min.) or Master of Ministry (M.Min.) degree instead of a Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.) or Master of Divinity (M.Div.). They will not be required to sit for the comprehensive written exam or submit a ministry report. This option does not permit students to delay their graduation to join the next cohort.

Regular students who have submitted their B.Th. or M.Div. thesis paper are eligible to sit for the written comprehensive exam, scheduled for the third Sunday of November in the final year. This exam is crucial in determining graduation eligibility and consists of 300 questions covering a wide range of topics, including systematic theology, Bible exposition (with questions on both Old and New Testament books), church history, church mission and management, Christian leadership, Christian counseling, and expository preaching. To pass, students must achieve a minimum grade of C.

A ministry report that deals with your commitment, involvement, and contribution to the local church during your 2 or 3 years of college life. Specify the challenges and their outcomes. The ministry report will be submitted to the Ministry of the Field Department a week before graduation.

• Year of Graduation: Each Two Year
• Degree Conferral: On Sunday Second week of December.

The responsibility for graduation preparations is shared between the Ministry Field Director and the Student Body President. Together, they oversee all aspects of the graduation process, including:

• Organizing the graduation ceremony: Planning the structure, schedule, and key elements of the event.
• Managing logistics: Ensuring arrangements such as venue setup, seating, audio-visual systems, and decorations are executed flawlessly.
• Coordinating participants: Ensuring the involvement of students, faculty, and guests, and communicating their roles clearly.
• Handling graduation materials: Managing the distribution of caps, gowns, certificates, and other essentials.
• Addressing student needs: Engaging with students to consider their concerns, suggestions, and preferences for the event.
